If you are looking to lose some easy weight or gain some quick muscle the easy way. My program will not work for you! Sorry but when you work with me, we sweat hard and drink a ton of water! If your goal is to shed some pounds or if your goal is to get some muscle, we will work hard to achieve it. 

I personally workout in a sauna suite most days. I never workout with just a tee shirt and shorts. I will not advice you to workout in anything like a sauna suit to begin with but a pull-over that is good to start with.
