Crawl Before You Walk

Remember, we have to learn to crawl before we walk. The same goes for running!! If you have not ran sprints, you are going to start taking walks immediately, 45min-1h walks, then step up to longer. Add a couple short running each walk and then keep increasing the running. 

But when we train, we do NOT do long distance jogging. Too much time! We want to burn calories fast.
