My name is Coach Blaine and I am a personal fitness trainer. I have spent the majority of my life playing sports and now coach high school football as well. I am a multi business owner but fitness training is my passion. My goal is to help you become in better physical shape and health with increased energy. I used to drink multiple energy drinks and expresso throughout the day and would find myself crashing hard at the end of the day. I would workout sparingly and fluctuate in shape and size quite a bit. I have found that starting the day off with either a superset body building workout or HITT has been extremely beneficial to my own energy and overall health. My ultimate goal is to pass on what I have learned.
