Day One
Warm-up/Stretch
Warm up stretches – 5 minutes
HIIT Workout for 15 -20 minutes, mostly sprints
Follow stretching – 5 minute
Bench press
Start with lightweight – 15 reps
3 sets of heavy 6-12 for muscle growth
3 sets of middle 12-15 reps
Superset 1 – 3 sets of all 6-12 reps or 12-15 reps for weight loss
Chest fly on machine
Lat pull down (back behind head)
Tricep pushdown
Wrist raises – 15-20 reps
