Day One

  1. Warm-up/Stretch
  1. Warm up stretches – 5 minutes
  2. HIIT Workout for 15 -20 minutes, mostly sprints
  3. Follow stretching – 5 minute
  1. Bench press
  1. Start with lightweight – 15 reps
  2. 3 sets of heavy 6-12 for muscle growth
  3. 3 sets of middle 12-15 reps
  1. Superset 1 – 3 sets of all 6-12 reps or 12-15 reps for weight loss
  1. Chest fly on machine
  2. Lat pull down (back behind head)
  3. Tricep pushdown
  4. Wrist raises – 15-20 reps
